“Why I Evolved”: Contest Tips -n- stuff!

Got your eyes set on a new FlipVideo camera and Summit fame? Be sure to review the tips below to maximize your chances to win!

1. Simply upload your Why I Evolved video as a ”Video Response” to this video of me explaining the contest.
2. Doesn’t need to be fancy, a video from your phone will do!
3. Bring out your funny side! And don’t be shy… sometimes bad is good, but real is best!
4. Feel free to use approved logos and images from your Evolv back office – but always use in good taste.
5. Commercials are so passe and–nobody wants to watch one. Instead, entertain! We’re looking for creativity, fun and originality. Be yourself. Or be someone else… use your imagination. Above all, have fun!
6. Share your creation by posting it to Facebook, you own youtube.com site and other social media sites.

We advise you NOT to do the following:

1. Make any medical claims. As always, Evolv does not diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
2. Use naughty words or be offensive.
3. Promote any one Evolv team – we’re all Evolvers!
4. USe video or music you do not have the rights to use.
5. Make them lengthy or boring, and especially not both!

CONTEST RULES:
1.  Video entries must be submitted via upload to the Why I Evolved YouTube Channel
2.  Please make sure that your video is under 2 minutes in length.
3.  All submissions become property of EvolvHealth LLC and all rights to re-distribute in any form are granted to EvolvHealth.
4.  Prize winner(s) will be selected from five finalists.
5.  All winners will be featured on various web properties of EvolvHealth, including but not limited to evolvhealth.com, The EvolvHealth Facebook Fanpage and The EvolvHealth Youtube channels.
6.  To qualify, videos must be uploaded by CST March 24, 2010
7.  You must be at least 21 to participate.
8.  If you incorporate music, make sure it’s royalty free or create your own. Check out this site for available royalty-free music . (If you do use music from this site, please make sure to credit it properly at the end of your video
9.  Any product other than Evolv needs the name and logo obscured for legal reasons.
10.  Things change so bookmark this page and check for updates!
