Evolv Regional Recap – Northwest
June 6, 2010 | 10:59 pm
Reports from the first two Evolv Regionals are rolling in! Thanks to Chris Greenwood of Bend, Oregon for this minute by minute recap of Saturday’s big Northwest Regional event.
“About a hundred movers, shakers and moneymakers attended the Northwest Regional evolv meeting in Salem, Oregon. The weather took a break from many days of rain and provided sunny, blue skies for this gathering to impart critical information to this motivated group of evolvers.
Introduction by Dr. Lyndon McGill who spoke about the results his elderly father experienced by drinking evolv water and how it has completely changed his life for the better. He then introduced Rod Emory.
Rod Emory said, “Initially it was about the product, but then it became about the people.”
“Life is about timing and taking advantage of timing.” For him, success in this business comes down to the realization that, “The first person you must sponsor in this business is yourself.”
He said that Evolv has exceeded every expectation he has had about business startups, stating, “It’s this business that gives me the kind of flexibility to follow my dreams and to foster the dreams of my wife and children.” Read More…
Miss last night’s June Kick-off call? Here’s a recap.
June 3, 2010 | 3:42 pm
Great call last night! Trey and Brent made some great announcements including the Zero-to-6 “Top Enrollers” winners Mike & Stacy Healy and Brandy Wells.
Trey got the call heated up with his announcement of a ground-breaking incentive being unveiled at the June Regionals in Atlanta and Portland this Saturday. Hard to keep a secret this big, and there’s a twist: as a part of the incentive, attendees at the Regionals will directly benefit by being present when it is announced.
By Trey’s estimation, Evolv is going where others have not gone with a previously “unimaginable promotion” that will rock the industry. Next, he announced the formation of the “Evolv Life Plan”, Evolv’s platform to assist Members in accumulating and managing wealth.
Trey also described our international expansion plans with Mexico and Peru coming soon, as well as our anticipated new product launch.
More great news from FutureCeuticals’ John Hunter: Not only are they blown away by early test results, they expect to produce their first scientific paper on ArchaeaActive next month.
Brent joined the call to talk about the upcoming June Regionals and more great news, including the industry-shaking “shock and awe” incentive Trey mentioned, planning for new micro distribution centers, and the importance of the Premier E-Center to your business and the new rep site that comes with it.
Some of our senior Members rounded out the call with their incredible wisdom and personal excitment. Robert Dean, Garrett Mc Grath and Jim Lutes all talked about the importance of realizing the opportunity you have at this very moment and seizing it.

This week’s Member spotlight
May 27, 2010 | 4:21 pm
Say hello to Principal Executives Patrick & Cheryl Alexander! They are excited about getting in on the ground floor of the Evolv opportunity and are loving the effects that Evolv has on their daily lives.
Principal Executives Patrick & Cheryl Alexander of Tyrone, GA

“We have each been drinking at least four bottles per day for the last eight weeks. Our son and daughter are also consuming Evolv regularly. Needless to say, we are ordering extra cases well before our autoship has been placed. The benefits have been many. The first thing we and our team members noticed was that we were resting more peacefully at night. Our energy level has truly increased so much so that one of our team members was up until 2:00 am after having attended a PER and drinking a bottle of Evolv. All of the benefits we have received from Evolv we noticed the same day we consumed it. People we have shared Evolv with all rave about the clean taste and how they can instantly tell a difference in the taste from the bottled water they normally drink.” read more…

Gilliam & Gilliam Announce Acquisition
Company Pronounces “This is our Last Deal.”
AUSTIN, TX– (BUSINESS WIRE)—May 15, 2010—In the midst of global recession, Gilliam & Gilliam LP (G&G) again blazes a new trail, announcing today its latest ambitious acquisition. The new entity, known as Eden Corporation (NASDAQ: BABY), will be led by its founder, Eden Kristine Gilliam.
“After a full day of negotiations, we were able to push this deal through quickly.” said Jonathan Gilliam, Motivation Specialist at parent firm G&G. “Once agreed to by all parties, it came through in record time.”
“I am so excited I think I’m going to throw up,” stated Eden Gilliam, 7 days old.
Product delivered on schedule.
The agreement was finalized at 10:20pm on May 15, 2010. Weighing in at 7.3 lbs and 20 inches, G&G expects a lot of noise in the market.
Gilliam continued, “Our Managing Partner Leanna Gilliam (aka ‘The Boss’) once again gets the credit for this project. We couldn’t be more pleased with this incredible product.”
Last of three deals
Following the resounding success of first merger at G&G with Anabelle, Inc. and the subsequent spin-out of AvaLee Enterprises, this latest transaction was a surprise to all parties.
“There was a lot of hair on this deal, but we immediately welcomed Eden Corp to the Gilliam family…of companies.”
Having completed the last corporate transaction more than 5 years ago, Management admits it is a bit out of practice and has asked the newly acquired entity for maintenance instructions, however Eden Corp. has refused to provide any assistance. “A how-to manual was not part of the deal,” said Eden.
Competitive Concerns
“The disruption of our current business model had us concerned,” stated Anabelle and Ava Gilliam, 8 and 5 respectively. “This transaction will however provide much more leverage for the sister companies, as Management is now outnumbered.”
Eden Gilliam responded with a cute giggle. “The first two deals they did paved the way for me – this should be a cake walk.” she said. “My business model has always been disruptive; no one should doubt my ability to shake things up around here.”
She then cried.
For their part, Anabelle Inc. and Ava Lee Enterprises agreed to minimize organizational infighting and share resources as needed. They will return to their primary roles at the firm, Household Object Resilience Testing Engineers, a role that appears to focus on mainly on expensive glassware and fine china.
Deal valuation
Analysts valued the deal at Priceless. In an unusual move, the parties have drawn up no paperwork and will commence the agreement with nothing more than a finger shake, coupled with the standard spit-up clause. When asked about the risky move, Eden said “I didn’t see anyone else sticking their own foot in a pad of wet ink.”
While very optimistic about prospects of the new endeavor, Management has made a final decision about its future. “Sometimes you need to just make a cut or two to protect against further production,” said Managing Partner Leanna Gilliam, an opinion that did not sit comfortably with her partner. Most industry experts agree that a painful cut is not always the most pleasant to implement.
“Yes it seems as if our space is way too crowded now,” Said Gilliam. “But there’s no question — this is the deal of lifetime.”

- Never one to miss a photo-op, Eden Kristine Gilliam (age in photo: 35 minutes) takes time to welcome her new partners the combined Gilliam entities. Said Eden, “I’m gonna make them sooooooo happy.”

Bring Evolv to your May 2-4 Weekend!
May 21, 2010 | 4:17 pm
This weekend our friends in the north celebrate
Queen Victoria’s 191st birthday. For those of you not familiar with the weekend widely known as May 2-4 Weekend, Canadians celebrate Victoria Day the first Monday before the late Queen’s May 24th birthday. It isn’t just a country-wide birthday party for the Queen, but the un-official start to summer. Some people believe that Canadians needs this long weekend to pack up all their skates, snowshoes, parkas, and other cold weather gear so they can truly enjoy their summer. Ok, maybe that’s just what we’ve been telling Dr. Anne in the office.
So to all the Canadians, as you take an extra day off for bar-b-ques, camping trips, and family get-togethers don’t forget to take your Evolv with you! You never know which distant cousin or friend might want to Evolv with you!
NOTE – many call it the “2-4″ weekend because of the many cases of “24″ beers that get consumed (proudly most Canadians would say) – so grab your Evolv “2-4″ case, it will help in the morning!

In this case, don’t be the example
May 20, 2010 | 10:05 am
With our continuing growth, it is ever more important to shore up our efforts to comply with the regulations we all must follow. As we’ve discussed in previous posts, it is absolutely critical that any marketing material created by Evolv Members, including written or verbal testimonials, remain free of any claims or promises as outlined in our policies and procedures.
We have beefed up our compliance division and are scouring the Internet and marketing materials for unapproved claims. We cannot afford to be passive on this subject. This is about protecting you and your business.
What can you do?
• When in doubt, do not post or use anything that cannot be found on our current web site or in our official marketing materials.
• Send your testimonials, benefits-related comments and stories directly to the experience mailbox.
• Please review any marketing materials you use. If they contain any potential unapproved claims, remove them immediately and send them to compliance for review.
• If you find material for others that could violate our terms, let us know by forwarding them to compliance for review.
• Be sure any materials you use are labeled with our new “Independent Distributor” logos available in your eCenter office
So be a (good) example of company stewardship. Show your fellow Members the steps that it takes to protect the company by practicing safe marketing.

Evolvers Give.Share.Evolv in a Community Outreach Program in NYC
May 18, 2010 | 9:31 am
Evolv Presidential Director Donna Allen ventured to New York City to meet up with other Evolvers to Give.Share.Evolv with the community. Donna and her team really grasp what it means to Give.Share.Evolv and we are glad to have her and her team as part of the Evolv family. She shared her experience with us and we encourage you to join other Evolvers and give back to your local communities.
“The Community outreach event that took place was a Queens Borough wide Day of Service which included spending quality time with the Seniors at the Calvary Senior Housing facility. The kids were baking cookies for the Seniors. There
were flowers planted at a local Queen park in an effort to beautify the Park. There were a group that did light housekeeping of Senior Center residences. Books were delivered to the Jamaica Hospital Childrens Ward. Birthday Baskets were created for Sickle Cell
Anemia patients. There were a host of stations set up to accept donations for anything that ranged from gently used clothing for infants, children, teens, women and men for Saratoga Inn, a Tier 2 homeless shelter that serves 224 families and 271 children. Even eyeglass donations for vision services and visually impared.
The Evolvers who volunteered were Leisha Johnson, Angela Sheppard, Jason, myself and Marvlieu Hall who is also the President of Jack and Jill’s Queens chapter. This event meant so much
to me because I have always wanted to be a part of a community outreach program where volunteering of time and resources would affect the lives of many. I am really excited about the community outreach volunteers that are contacting me asking how they can get involved and take this opportunity to Give Share and Evolv into all of our communities and make a difference. Evolv will definitely turn heads as we expand the community outreach program and I am excited about working with you Peter Hirsch. You have already made an impact on many many Team members along with myself who believe that You are the Best.”

John Hunter explains the science behind Evolv
May 12, 2010 | 4:19 pm
We all agree that when we drink Evolv we feel better. We also agree that we’d love for everyone we know to be drinking Evolv so they can feel better too. But how does Evolv work the way it does?
The good news is that you and I need not become experts in molecular biology in order to share Evolv. We just share it, people feel it and get excited about what they feel. Trey has invested millions of dollars in research to provide you with even more confidence in this amazing product, and to develop new ones to further enrich your health and your income.
Those of you who attended the 2010 Summit will recognize John Hunter, VP and General Manager of FutureCeuticals, Inc., our product research and development partner currently researching multiple facets of the ArchaeaActive solution. In this post is the first of four clips from the 2010 Summit of John Hunter explaining the science behind Archaea Active and the research platform we are building to examine how it works.
FutureCeuticals is planning to release their first study on Evolv this year. Thank you John Hunter for your fantastic presentation the Summit. Share this video with friends, play it at your next PER, and get a better sense of why Evolv makes you feel the way you do.
Science behind Evolv is helping the Gulf oil spill
May 11, 2010 | 5:05 pm
Several Members have asked if
EvolvHealth and Health2o Products, manufacturer of the Archaea Active™ formula, are doing anything for the Gulf oil spill.
If you are familiar with the history of our bio-catalyst, you will remember that the Archaea Active™ formula was originally created for bioremediation — cleaning up contamination using live organisms. It was this concept of positive biological stimulation that was manipulated over several years to include only food-grade ingredients, thereby making it safe for human consumption.
The original bio-catalyst is one of several ingredients in a product called PowerClean, to be used in the Gulf clean-up. PowerClean has long been listed on the EPA National Contingency Plan Product Schedule. The patented formula also includes a blend of surfactants and microbes that perform a variety of tasks in contamination cleanup. Integra Environmental has received an initial order for 10,000 gallons of the PowerClean water treatment to test on the spill.
Of course, PowerClean is not the same product as your all-natural Evolv; rest assured we won’t be pouring gallons of Evolv into the Gulf of Mexico. You can be proud, though, that the science that originated the Archaea Active™ formula is aiding in the cleanup efforts.
