The “Evolv-olution” of the Summit

You may not know this, but the 2010 Summit began as more of a “launch party” to celebrate our official launch. Originally our plan was to simply invite Members to a reception and make a few speeches in anticipation of our November convention.
As you know however, your Evolv team can’t sit still, and promptly began creating the best experience possible for our Members. The ’party’ quickly Evolv’d into an incredible ”mini-convention” of sorts, with an agenda and showcase on par with a much longer-established company. Our goals are to demonstrate if only for a few days our commitment to a world-class company and share the Evolv experience.
Here’s a sneak peak of a few things in store for you…An Evolv reception Friday night guaranteed to WOW your guests…an exciting recognition program designed to reward and recognize your fellow Evolv achievers…Presentations from myself, Trey, Brent, Justin, Anne and your MDs and field leadership team…dance party Saturday night…a panel of health experts describing the benefits of Evolv…presentations from the lead Archaea Active researcher on the science of Evolv…and an all-out training experience Saturday afternoon from the world’s best networkers.

We are so excited to see so many of you registering for this month’s Evolv 2010 Summit! As you know, this is your company’s launch celebration, your very first major Evolv event. And it promises to be spectacular!

Wow.
Many of you responded to the call for donations of Evolv to Haiti (see my previous post on our Haiti effort). Because of you, there are people in desperate need in Haiti who have been directly helped. Your generosity is making an impact already.
Click here to recognize these Evolvers who went way above and beyond by donating between an 8-case pack to up to 44 cases (!) to help however they could with the awful disaster that continues in Haiti. These folks stepped up without expectation of recognition; they just wanted to do the right thing and they made it happen.

Want to tell the world — and attendees at this month’s Evolv Summit – why you Evolved? Send us a video from 25 seconds to 2 minutes in length showing everyone why you made the commitment to Evolving.
Be creative! Showcase how Evolv has changed your life by making a one-of-a-kind production! Perform a song (opera, country, rap and more…), read poetry, play a game, act out a comedy or action-adventure, choreograph a routine….or just gather your friends to give an Evolv shout out!
Check out our “Contest Tips and Stuff” for more info. The winner will be chosen by a panel of expert judges (okay, the Evolv marketing team.) So get crazy, get creative, but most of all get on video why you are an Evolver!

First, today is last day of Early Registration for the Evolv 2010 Summit. If you’re planning to come to the event, be sure to register TODAY and get your discount! We would love to have you here in Dallas for this wonderful celebration.
As a reminder, for our Canadian Evolvers, if you pre-enrolled but have not yet upgraded, the deadline is today at 11:59 pm Central Time. Send a gentle reminder to your pre-enrollees who signed up under you that the clock is ticking! Also ending today is the Senior Executive promotion in Canada.
